# OPM: a Claude Code plugin for spec-driven, test-first development

OPM is a [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) plugin that adds a full
engineering workflow: brainstorm a design, write a plan, build it test-first
with fresh-context subagents, review it, and verify it before anything is
called done. It measures what it costs, and CI holds it to that.
